How much does a lot cost?

How does the payment plan work?

How close is the golf course?
Right across the road. Higuera Residence faces Higuera Golf Club, which opened in 2010 as Litibú: 18 holes, par 72, designed by Greg Norman.
Does buying at Higuera include a golf club membership?
No. Higuera Golf Club is independent from Higuera Residence, and living across the road does not include a membership. To play, you arrange it directly with the club.
When will infrastructure be delivered, and when do I get title?
Higuera is in pre-sale. The delivery date and title deed terms are set in your purchase agreement. Ask your advisor for the current schedule in writing before you reserve; if they cannot give it to you, do not reserve.
